Position: Full-time Starting Point Assistant Coordinator
Location: Delaware Valley
Position description:
Facilitate and encourage independent living in the community for individuals with mental health needs. Maintain a varied caseload and provide direct care supports as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human services, special education, psychology, social work or other related field
- One year experience working directly with individuals with a primary mental health diagnosis
- Commitment to consumer choice and empowerment
- Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and use of a car
