Position Papers

The following are position papers developed by the Pennsylvania Mental Health Consumers' Association and supported by the Pennsylvania Peer Support Coalition.

Policy On State Hospital Closure and Consolidation. This paper stresses the community services that must be built in order to responsibly close state hospitals.
